I probably won't be returning. I think that the massage therapist should absolutely distribute more time evenly around the body and NOT focus on the back, specifically the shoulder blade area. My friend and I were comparing notes afterwards and both had the same complaints. 30 minutes of my session was spent on my back and my shoulder blades which are actually still sore today from the pressure and excessive time spent on the area. 10 minutes was spent on my legs and 10 on my arms/ neck. Not a fair distribution of time if I’m being honest. Also at the end of the session I was not offered water, which I am used to at other spas it may not be a custom here, but to at least offer or inform me to hydrate would have been better. Jessica was phenomenal! It was my first time ever receiving a facial and she made sure i was completely comfortable throughout the entire thing. I asked for a quiet appointment because life has been tough lately and the relaxation she provided was beyond what i had expected! I feel like a whole new me. I just keep feeling my skin and thinking where has this been my whole life!? I didn’t get to reschedule while there because of my hectic schedule but I will definitely be returning. I visited with a friend who had a gift card, and I signed up to become a member right after meeting Allie. It’s not the most relaxing when estheticians smell like cigarettes. She smelled lovely, definitely not like cigarettes. She was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about skincare. I especially love how she performs procedures on my face, like microdermabrasion, by using upward circles or outward sweeps from the corners of my mouth and nose towards my temples and cheekbones. She also focuses on gentle, upward strokes on my neck and light pressure on my lymph nodes (around my ears, neck, and jaw) to help reduce puffiness. Have been going here for many years. There are a number of good massage therapists including Alex and Sean. My regulars were unavailable so I tried a new person and wasn’t happy with the less than excellent service I’m accustomed to. I had a conversation with Taylor the new manager. She was attentive friendly and professional. She ensured that the issue was rectified to my satisfaction. Great customer service!

Where do I even begin with Natalie? I’ve been seeing her for almost two years now, and every single visit has been nothing short of amazing.
