Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I’ve been getting my lashes done here by Sam and I can confidently say she is one of the best. Her retention is unmatched — my lashes last beautifully without excessive fallout. What I appreciate most is how she prioritizes the health of my natural lashes. They’ve stayed strong, full, and healthy the entire time I’ve been seeing her. She’s professional, consistent, and truly talented at what she does. If you’re looking for quality work and healthy results, she’s the one!

{Pros} - Nice staff - Lots of availability - Frequent email updates about availabilities/promos {Cons} - Had some confusion with staff in terms of payment/gift cards. So far, no problem actually using the gift cards but causes angst. - I also recently selected a massage with a new staff since there was incentive with a complimentary aromatherapy scalp massage. When I think complimentary, I think “additional.” I thought I was getting this in addition to my 50-minute massage, but it was actually taken out of my massage time. In theory, it was still a benefit because normally it’s a $15 enhancement. That being said, I wouldn’t pay $15 for it in the future. Head massage is 10 mins. I didn’t think it was that great. Overall, a relaxing place to go for spa treatments.

From the moment I walked in, the spa had such a calming, welcoming vibe that instantly made me feel relaxed. Selena’s skill and attention to detail are incredible. She intuitively knew exactly where I held tension and worked it out in a way that was both deeply therapeutic and wonderfully soothing. Manhattan, East Hampton NY person. Have never had a chain massage experience. Entry was bright and welcoming. Overall, place was super clean. Massage space comfortable, table very good. One of the best face rests ever. The massage from Michael was terrific! I will return!
