Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I visited this location on 1/17/26. I was greeted by Rosanna and Ayasha when I walked in. They stood up, introduced themselves and welcomed me by name. I was offered coffee, tea or water along with a warm towel. This location was extremely clean and gives an upscale vibe compared to other businesses. I was seen on-time by massage therapist Lisa who also greeted me by name and substanquently provided me with a service based upon my needs. I just want to give a thumbs up to the above mentioned individuals who made me feel like a VIP today.

My husband was sweet enough to get me a gift certificate to Hand & Stone a couple of months ago and unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience. When I first got there, I was greeted by the receptionist (who was very nice) so I signed in and waited for my masseuse. While I was waiting, a woman from the back came out and we made eye contact. I smiled at her and she just looked at me expressionless and walked away. After a few minutes, she walked over to me and introduced herself as my masseuse and told me that she would be ready for me soon. She then walked over to the receptionist and the two began to talk about how they’re both in bad moods. I understand they’re human and we all have our days but this is a conversation to be had privately, not while a customer is sitting right ther

I have been going to Giovanna for a few months now she is excellent always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. I usually book a 90min so we chat it up for a lil to catch up on life and bs but then I am relaxed the rest of the time. So sanitary and clean. I leave there feeling amazing and relaxed. I have a desk job and my shoulder and upper back carry all my stress im one huge knot when I walk into her and smooth as can be by the time I leave. I highly recommend if you plan on going see Giovanna for your massage!

I’ve been seeing Giovanna here for over a year now and she has been a life saver for my chronic neck pain. I’ve been to several different massage therapists and no one has been able to help as much as she has. Her room is always super cozy, clean, and relaxing. If you want someone who is professional and a master at their craft, Giovanna is your girl!!

Been seeing Giovanna for some time. I had some stubborn knots and decided to try a deep tissue which was exactly what I needed. I normally do a classic swedish massage which is also very good but not always deep enough for my problem areas. Giovanna does a great job at focusing on problem areas without sacrificing the rest of the full body massage. She also taught me a great hack for relieving headaches fast!
