Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I tried this place because I was in pain and am newer to town, so didn’t have a regular massage therapist. Their scheduling has a lot of availability and was accessible. Because it’s a chain, I was skeptical. I was determined not to sign up for their monthly package, but the massage with Levin was so therapeutic and helpful, that I immediately signed up. Now I go at least once a month – sometimes more. Their pricing is more than fair and easy to navigate. Levin is among the most skilled practitioners I’ve ever received bodywork from. The front desk staff has always been extremely sweet, helpful, and patient. Friends I’ve told about the place have already tried it, too, and they also love it.

My fiancé and I have truly enjoyed our massages at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa over the past year. The therapists were always professional, the environment was relaxing, and overall we had consistently positive experiences during our membership. Recently, however, we found a local independent massage therapist who we prefer and who is more affordable for us. Because of that, we decided to cancel our membership. Unfortunately, the cancellation process has been extremely frustrating. We have contacted the office 4–5 times requesting to cancel. Each time, we were told we would need to complete forms that would be emailed to us and speak with an account representative. Lori was the BEST!! She was through and knowledgeable about therapeutic body work that has adhesions limiting range of motion and pain. This was the first time I got what my body was craving for and I felt amazing leaving and feel great the next day. It was so great I booked a 2 hour massage for next week with her!!! Maryann did an amazing facials as well!! It was such a relaxing and beneficial treatment today!!!

My friend and I scheduled facials at the same time at Hand & Stone in St Augustine. We both were so impressed with the professionalism and personal care that we became members after our facials! I look forward to having Stayci provide me with a lovely relaxing facial again next month.

I had the pleasure of having a massage by Taylor today. I wish there were more than 5 stars available to give. She has truly perfected her craft early on in her career and I feel very fortunate to be able to share. Highly recommend Taylor to anyone, especially those who suffer from back and/or sports injury.
