Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I like this location. Over the years I have found key staff that I like working with. When I go outside that box it can be iffy as to weather I get a person I like or not. They do have a bit of turn over. The facility is always well kept and clean. The product lines offered are excellent. A one hour massage is only 45 mins so if you need to work on a serious issue I recommend the 90 minute. If you need a facial, Kim is a master at her product lines and evaluating your skin. Shes an upseller :) but she never gives you bad advice or products. Her recommendations are on point. Rae is a phenominal massage therapist. Her skills with neck muscel release are legendary. The staff is always congenial and courteous and very efficient. The massage therapist Ashley is the best. I would recommend her to everybody. And anybody she's very popular and always booked up

Walked out so loose and relaxed - easily the best massage in years. The therapist had a great combination of intuition and technical skill that helped release tension I didn’t even know I was holding. Highly recommend the deep tissue and extended session if you’re looking for something more than just a basic relaxation massage - especially if you need those knots worked out.

Probably the worst massage I have ever gotten. The masseuse was very sweet but she has a very light touch and I have a lot of lower back pain that didn’t even get massaged. I feel like I left spending $130 for nothing. I’m so disappointed as I was so looking forward to a massage. When I told the front desk my concern no one even cared. Ridiculous. And the massages are less than 50 minutes. I remember that from my last appt it was only 45 minutes. No thanks never again

The monthly service is $80 now for a 50 minute message and it's tough getting appointments. Dissapointing they have priced themselves so high now. I will be dropping my membership.
