Beach Wellness Center

This is hands-down the best wellness center in the area. The staff is incredibly friendly and their expertise is evident the moment you walk in. I’ve been focusing on the cryotherapy and cold plunge, and I love that the equipment is always ready and well-maintained. They have an amazing range of tools including a hyperbaric chamber and red light therapy. My wife also tried the sensory deprivation pod and truly loved the experience—she found it incredibly relaxing. It’s a one-stop shop for recovery and health. Highly recommend to everyone!

What an awesome & needed holistic wellness center near the beaches! A plethora of modalities and therapies, very clean, relaxing, and beautiful inside. I met one of the owners and she was very sweet & welcoming. And some of the best prices i have seen for these modalities, great membership options too! Highly recommend. I tried the biocharger and cyrotherapy for the first times. The biocharger was amazing, you can feel the subtle electricity running through you! And the cyrotherapy was very invigorating. I am excited to frequent here weekly to support myself!

This was my first time seeing a facility with such a variety of equipment. Very clean environment and personable staff. I used red light therapy and Hyperbaric Oxygen which was awesome for my joints and gave me immediate relief from my Migrain. Also I tried the PEMF therapy for my lower back and I have to say it's probably the most effective therapy for pain relief I've found. 10/10⭐️

Beach Wellness Center is top-tier. Did compression therapy, a salt float, and cryotherapy in one visit and the whole experience was dialed in. Super clean, calm atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and everything felt intentional from start to finish. Left feeling reset physically and mentally. Highly recommend if you’re serious about recovery and overall wellness.

I'm so thankful they opened here in Seminole. The owner is such a great guy! Personable and knowledgeable. You can tell he loves what he does. They have great package deals to choose from as well as a $10 special to try them out. I already love the Halotherapy and the Red Light therapy.
