Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I always leave Hand & Stone RVC feeling better than when I walked in. My facials are consistently amazing, and Nalaah, the lead esthetician, is truly exceptional at what she does — she’s the only person I book with. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and my skin always shows the difference afterward. Managers Allie and Amiyah, are just as wonderful. They make you feel genuinely welcomed and somehow always remember your name, which really adds a personal touch. I’ve been a member for the last few years, and it’s absolutely worth the value. The service, consistency, and overall experience keep me coming back. I highly recommend this location.

Julie gave me the most amazing facial. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and so knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their skin. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and glowing. I can’t recommend her enough. I will definitely be seeing her for monthly maintenance!

Horrible Management!! I started using this spa at the branch in Hewlett that suddenly closed down without notice in March 2025. I just got a text the night before my appointment telling me that the branch was closed until further notice. Fast forward to Rockville center,in November 2025 the closed branch charged my cc 4 times on 11/12/25.I called Rockville branch ( to which I transferred )because the corporate center NEVER answers. I spoke to Allie,the manager on duty that day who told me that it would be resolved.I was about to cancel my membership,but was advised to freeze it instead,so I won't lose any previous credits and my account would not be charged until I unfreeze it. When the issue was not resolved I had to call my bank,only realizing that I was still being charged monthly fro

I went to this location 1/24/26 to purchase some facial products. The business for closing was 8pm, I arrived around 3pm. The door was locked when I look through the glass I saw someone sitting at the desk. I kept on knocking, she turn her head ignored me I then called the phone no one answered however someone was sitting at the front. After about 7mins I left When I got to my car I waited because I never felt so humiliating. Well someone finally answered the phone and told me she was dealing with a situation. My response but 1 you saw me knocking. 2 y’all have caller ID someone could have called me back. Then she told me they were getting ready to close @3pm. Unprofessional and mismanagement.

Terrible business. I had a membership there. Everything was fine until I was double charged for the month of September then given the run around. Came in on September 12 for my facial and was charged my membership fee for the month. Then I was charged again on September 15th. Called and asked why and was told it was because apparently my membership was still “active” at the previous location I was a member with before they shut down. They said it was a mix up on their end and they’d speak to a manager and have them contact me. 3 days I called and got the run around, I eventually disputed it with my bank but these people made it seem like I was physically there to make purchase on the 15th which I was not so now I will be calling my bank to further dispute this.
