Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Treated myself to a much needed facial today at Hand and Stone. I called in the am and was able to get a same day appointment luckily . I was happy to be assigned to Monica, who I was familiar with from visiting this location back in 2025. After filling out the in take info , Monica greeted me with a smile and took me back to the treatment room. It was clean and the heated table was comfortable. After changing, she proceeded in giving me a very thorough and relaxing facial. Any questions that I had along the way, she was able to answer. I look forward to returning for my next facial!

Oh Hand and Stone…. We’ve been through so much over the years. Remember Covid? Anyway! This location (fallls village) is hands down the best in this area. As a long time member i have tried them all and am grateful to have finally found the right fit. My therapist Robert is amazing! Very attentive and professional. Best massage in years! Ask for the Lavender experience too. He also does cupping ya’ll:) Shout out to Shae at the front, beautiful, sweet and so knowledgeable regarding their services and products. I was serviced here on my birthday and had an amazing experience! When I first arrived, there was an issue at the front desk with 1 of 2 of my services which caused me to be late for my massage. I was frustrated with the way my experience started but my masseuse, Porsche, definitely made up for it! She was very apologetic and was determined to turn my experience around which she did indeed! My massage was amazing to say the least! I then had a facial with Sedara which was equally as amazing! She was able to recommend some products to improve my skin and left my face feeling soft with a beautiful glow! Thank you to these ladies for turning my experience around and helping me start my birthday off right!

I had an exceptional facial from the elite esthetician Sedara. I highly recommend her for any facial services. She works to figure out any issues with your skin while educating and suggesting solutions. I appreciate the knowledge transfer as I don’t know much.
