Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

This is a updated review. I went to this location a few months ago and gave a disappointing 1 star but should've gave a zero star. The tech that gave me the facial was a nightmare. She had zero experience regarding customer service, facial, technique etc. I was given a option by email to try this location again with another tech that has join the location in the last few months. Johnny... He was the exact opposite of the tech I had a few months ago. He was polite, friendly, and knowledge. He made the experience relaxing. He did not apply a ton of product on face. My face felt smooth. He took the time to exam my face for any issues. He suggested product for break out issues. I would give five stars but the receptionists was rude at the end. She loudly announced to everyone why did I cance

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LOCATION AND THE STAFF!! The new manager Alexis is top tier and went above and beyond to correct another locations wrongs! 10 out 10 recommend.

Jeff was amazing! Very professional and gave me exactly what I asked for. The place was clean and gives a calm environment. The receptionist was polite and charming. I will be back!

Loved the environment and vibe! Jeff did great and worked what I really needed done. I'll definitely be back! Update: returned for a facial. Caitlin is amazing and the whole staff is very nice!
