I had a facial at Oswego with Alina and have to say how great it was. She addressed all my needs and I walked out feeling amazing. It truly was the best facial I have had! I NEVER book that next appointment but today I did! I cannot forget the front desk girls, they were very kind, cheerful and worked well together! You can tell they love their job! It makes all the difference in the world having great employees in wanting to go back.

About a year ago, I had an unpleasant experience with another massage therapist at this location and did not return for some time. When I decided to give this location another opportunity, I booked an appointment with Dawn, who was new to the practice at the time. It turned out to be the best massage I have ever received. Dawn’s years of experience are evident in her work. My appointments always start on time, I consistently receive the full allotted session (80 minutes of hands-on time for a 90-minute appointment), and she is attentive to any problem areas that require additional focus. I never feel rushed, and her calm, professional demeanor greatly enhances the overall experience. I have recommended Dawn to others, and everyone who has seen her has been extremely satisfied with their
