I wanted to lighten my hair a bit all over with high and low lights, and a haircut. When I got to her salon, Deanna told me what her plan was. She was going to start with highlights so that my roots would easily blend in when they grow out. I wasn’t aware that doing highlights was her ONLY plan. She put in foils all over the back of my hair and she went to check one about 40 minutes in and said the foils were very hot and she said she needed to rinse me very quickly, so she removed the hot foils and rinsed with cold water. Really beautiful suite setup. I went to touch of Glam by Nay. Very professional. On time. Great scheduling app. Paid for phone consultation. . . wish I was able to do an in person consultation prior to services. I was still able to get a silk press on my TWA Virgin hair. It actually lasted a full week. It is the straightest my hair has ever been. Nay was able to clip all of my ends and even my hair out. I would definitely book services in the future for wash and go and 8 to 11 big feed in individual braids. She also has appointments for makeup and nails. Thank you Nay.
