I’ve been coming here for over a year now and Emily is the best esthetician I’ve ever had. She has quite literally transformed my entire face. Not only does she give amazing facials, but she also takes the time to educate you and gives you the tools you need to make sure your skin heals properly and gets the best treatment possible. The photos show what my skin looked like right before I started seeing her compared to now! The difference speaks for itself. She truly is the best and one of the kindest people I’ve ever met! I also see Catherine for a monthly massage, and as someone who deals with chronic pain, I have to say… every single time I leave, I feel better than ever. I booked a 60-minute massage and arrived 7 minutes late. Despite this, my massage lasted only 31 minutes, which is completely unreasonable and was never explained to me at the time of service. Afterward, I called to express my concerns and was told a supervisor would contact me. It has now been almost two weeks, I’ve called multiple times, and no one has ever followed up. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and basic customer service is unacceptable. I paid for a 60-minute service and received barely half of it, with zero resolution since. Very disappointing experience.

My service was scheduled at 12 pm for a 60 minute massage but I wasn't brought into the room until 12:15 and my session ended promptly at 12:59. Discussed with management who stated that the massage sessions are ten minutes less than the time you schedule according to their policy. Upset that my session was cut short but just wanted to express transparency about the massage timing.

A very nice place to go and relax with a massage. After a quick chat with Ajena about what brought me to get a massage she got right to it. Ajena has great techniques and hands. It is now my 2nd visit with her because the 1st was so good and I felt the positive effects for a long time.
