Disappointing Membership. Cancelled in Dec.2025 after a year long membership... They made me pay one more month (give them 30 days notice) with two credits still on the books which gave me three credits on the books...BUT credits cancel after 3 months... They did tell me that, but I thought it was ridiculous to have prepaid sevices expire... I'd personally already paid them for the services, why would they only give 3 months to use them... I cancelled because I couldn't get in there to use the credits I already had. That said, after the Christmas rush had passed, in january, I tried to book via the app to use some credit and the app didn't work... it had erased my credit on my end. I finally went in to ask them to help me with this today.... And they said my three months ended yesterday

Great spa! Every massage and facial I have had at this Hand and Stone has been fantastic. The massage therapists I have seen were professional, skilled, and knowledgeable regarding my areas of concern. The two estheticians I have seen here helped me understand my skin issues and made great recommendations. I highly recommend this spa!

I had a pretty disappointing experience at Hand & Stone. I came in with a $120 gift card and assumed that amount would be applied toward my total. My two services totaled about $250, so I expected to just pay the difference. Instead, I found out at checkout that the gift card only covered the service type and not the actual dollar value. Even though the card was worth $120, I still got charged the full service price and only received about $80 worth of credit. Really frustrating and felt misleading. On top of that, the massage itself was just okay — nothing special or memorable. Just a heads up to anyone going in with a gift card: make sure you understand the fine print so you don’t get surprised like I did.

I love this place. I have a membership so I go monthly for a massage. The therapist are all wonderful and help you work out areas that are giving you trouble. I have also done their facial services and they are so relaxing and wonderful too. You won't be disappointed in your visit.

We have been to this location for massage and facial, both were fantastic. The facility is clean and well maintained. The employees are all upbeat with a positive, yet calming energy. McKenna was my massage therapist, and I highly recommend her! She listened to what was wanted, the strength that was requested, and areas that needed special attention. She was pleasant, professional and personable ... she truly made this experience enjoyable!
