Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

This is actually my first time writing a Google review, but I had to take a moment to recognize the incredible team at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. I had an amazing massage appointment today, and although there was a very minor issue with a gift card at checkout, the front desk staff handled it beautifully. They were so kind, friendly, and genuinely apologetic. Their customer service was truly exceptional. I left feeling relaxed, cared for, and so grateful for such a wonderful, completely stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

beyond disappointed in this location. since january we had a couples massage booked for valentine’s day. the day of valentine’s day we receive a call 3 hours prior that our appointment is canceled, mind you we had a 5p appointment. we had rescheduled our whole day and plans around this. i am also a member.. beyond disappointed and zero empathy or effort to find a new masseuse to help assist us. i will never use this franchise again, beyond disappointed on a very special day. it felt like talking to a ditz over the phone who could care less how disappointing this news was with zero solution. absolute terrible customer service.

Received gift card for Christmas. Massage left so much to be desired that I went to another massage parlor and paid the very next day. Not even close in comparison to the quality. I'm not sure why anyone would pay the price they pay at hand and stone when they can go to massage heaven and pay less for more time. Perhaps it was the masoose, not sure... But regardless, terrible value on my opinion.

Nikki gave a great massage and made me feel very comfortable! I added the hot stones, which I regret, but totally my fault for not doing my research on that. In the end, I realized I needed a deep massage rather than a light lathering of hot stones.

I wasn't aware that my massages that had 3 more visits had expired. upon my last visit, the front desk mentioned keeping my gift card on file and whenever I needed to make and appt everything would be there. I agreed of course. but at no time was I informed that I had to use my available massages before a certain time. it is within the year of purchase. now im told I had 3 months to use and I lost my 3 massages because I didn't use them within that time frame. absolutely absurd. never having anyone get me a gift certificate from there again. buyers beware. upon looking up information on that, I saw " if bought after November 2012 it wouldn't expire", don't know if thats for members only, because it didn't clarify.
