Charlotte’s massages are incredibly relaxing and tailored exactly to my concerns — the perfect balance of pressure and technique. I always leave feeling refreshed, and recharged. She is professional, attentive, and truly skilled. Charlotte is the only reason we committed to a membership. Charlotte took a lot of time to explain what she was detecting as she treated me. She gave me some really helpful advice on how to achieve better mobility in my feet and ankles by adding more walking, more infused hydration, and a back brace (to help stop the curvature that’s starting). I signed up for regular monthly appts at our Hand and Stone when I get home. I wish I could take Charlotte with me! It was a wonderful, enlightening first massage for me. Forever grateful.
