Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I have been coming to Hand & Stone for years now and every provider has been wonderful. I would recommend any of them, but I was blessed with an appointment with CeCe this time. She gave the best massage I have ever had! She is so knowledgeable and helpful I’m beyond impressed! Sage who always greets me at the from desk with her lovely smile is so friendly and helpful asl well. She thoroughly explains everything and really cares about each person who comes in. I highly recommend Hand & Stone.

I had an outstanding experience from start to finish! The front desk staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, patiently answering all my questions and detailing their services. Their membership option is excellent, offering a GREAT PRICE for the value. ​My massage therapist was AMAZING! The place itself is beautiful, clean, and well-organized. I particularly appreciated the calming aroma in my room and the comfortable massage table. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spa for a wonderful massage experience. My regular therapist, Andrew, abruptly stopped working here, and I was recommended to see Mariah since I was told she’s good with firm pressure and deep tissue massages. I was skeptical because Andrew was the best therapist I’ve ever had both my husband and I saw him regularly, and he always did an amazing job addressing my neck and back issues. During my first appointment with Mariah, I explained my concerns and what areas I needed her to focus on. Early into the session, I asked her for firmer pressure, and she told me she was still getting familiar with my body but the pressure never increased. Had a message at Hand and Stone yesterday and it was one of the worst I've ever had. Called to speak to the manager twice today. She was not there either time and I requested a call back both times. I never received a response. I paid more money than I care for a service I am not happy about. Very disappointing.

This was my first time at Hand & Stone, and unfortunately it wasn’t the best experience. My massage therapist was polite, but I had to keep asking her to increase the pressure throughout the session. She never once checked in to see if the pressure was comfortable or effective, which is something I’ve always experienced at other spas. What really surprised me was at the end of the appointment, as we were walking to the front, she told me I should ask for a different therapist next time if I want deeper pressure. I’ve had many massages over the years, and I’ve never been told that before—it felt a bit unprofessional and disappointing after spending time and money here. Overall, the spa itself seemed fine, but the quality of the massage and lack of attentiveness left me feeling underwhelme
