I had my appointment with Ann and she was great! She asked enough questions to make sure she knew what I wanted before she began. She initially did a rough cut so I could get an idea of what my hair would look like, which helped me feel more confident about the end result. I could tell she was locked in about making sure everything blended together! I also asked for product recommendations and she was helpful in explaining how they work with my hair. The place was very clean and the music was a nice touch.

Been going to Anna Shanks for my hair here and she is so talented, knowledgeable, sweet, and goes above and beyond! I always feel like a bombshell leaving her chair! The salon is also very nice modern and clean. Highly recommend the drive if you’re in Austin or surrounding areas.

Have been going to this location for a few years now and I’ve always had a great experience at Salt and Waves. The scalp massage with the essential oils sold me on this salon! Of course, in addition to how great of a job they do with my hair. I’ve seen both Ariana and Kortney and would highly recommend either one. Thank you for the excellent service 🙌

After having to part ways with my previous stylist, I was honestly nervous about starting over, but choosing Michelle was the best decision I could have made. She truly listens to what I’m wanting each visit, offers thoughtful recommendations, and somehow always brings my vision to life even better than I imagined. I leave the salon every single time feeling confident, refreshed, and with a little extra bounce in my step. I’m so grateful I found her.

My hair has grown back very fine and thin and I have had the worst time trying to keep it feminine during this time. I saw Peyton yesterday and she gave me the best cut that actually made my hair look thicker. It is still very short, but I feel so good about myself and even got 2 compliments this morning!
