Overall a good experience. The clinicians are phenomenal however I've been a member for a few years and my wife and I's last visit for facials left a sour taste in our mouth. We were running about 16 minutes late and called ahead. When we got there about a minute after their 15 minute grace period, it was as if we hadn't called. The receptionist was "doing her job" but that's it. The way she handled it seemed like she was a zero-tolerance hard-liner ready to lay down the law of land and overall did not come across as someone with a helpful attitude. She could've just told us when we spoke over the phone, if you get here by 2:16, we won't be able to take you, maybe you should reschedule. We would've just rescheduled ahead of time. I had a wonderful massage and facial today at H&S! My massage therapist was Teresa who was very accommodating and had good pressure. And Savannah did my facial. I decided to upgrade to the Pro-Cleansing facial to get a deeper clean and it was fantastic. Savannah really understood my skin and was able to do many extractions which was my main concern. I highly recommend both Teresa and Savannah! And the girls at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful.

Tina is the best esthetician around. She is very knowledgeable in the field. She’s sweet and kind and always there to help you with your skin care needs. Highly recommend Tina as your go to girl! You won’t be disappointed!

My experience at this spa was disappointing. The staff were not welcoming. I’ve been to different spa but this is the worst. I had an hour full body message, the therapist is not helpful. She massage my right foot and forgot to do my left foot. At the end of the session, my body is full of oil and she gave me the hot towel to wipe my body. Usually the therapist will wipe your body to remove the oil. I will definitely not come back to this place
