Always have a great experience when I go to Hand and Stone. Jessica, the receptionist, is incredibly welcoming and helpful with scheduling. Anthony gave me a wonderful massage. He always pays attention to the areas that need massage the most. I also appreciate his helpful tips. Thank you for always making my experience at the spa incredible.

Lauren was absolutely the best front desk person I’ve ever dealt with in the many years I’ve been w H&S, she was so helpful and sweet beyond anyone I’ve come in contact with here, she loves her job, and was concerned that I was happy with getting my product, unfortunately you only had 1 in stock but that’s okay. Lauren deserves a raise, you don’t find too many young people that are so dedicated to making the customer feel special, I sense she has a strong faith and she is a true blessing. I hope H&S appreciates what a wonderful employee they have in Lauren. Thank you Lauren for the great service!

Last night I had a massage from Katie, and I added hot stones and CBD. I have suffered from TMJ jaw pain my whole life, and today was the first day ever I’ve woken up without pain in my jaw. She was amazing; the knots in my back and neck are a ton better today as well. I added deep tissue, which I normally do because I always have bad knots, and it was one of the best massages ever. I’ve had hundreds of massages in my life, both at hand and stone, and other places, but this ranks because all of her massage was intentional and broke up so many knots and so much tension. She was very kind and inquired a lot about my goals for the session. I cannot recommend her enough.

I love this location! The staff is exceptional, especially Darby at the front desk. She is kind and soft spoken, ideal for first contact on a day of pampering. I highly recommend Young for a massage and Kia for facials, however, all the providers are amazing so you won’t go wrong with anyone!
