Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

The overall ambience was really nice, calm, clean, and very soothing. The spa has a relaxing vibe from the moment you walk in, which I appreciated. We booked a one-hour full body massage along with a scalp massage add-on. While the environment and staff were pleasant, the service felt shorter than expected. The entire session was completed in around 40 minutes, which was disappointing since we had booked a full hour plus add-ons. The scalp massage also wasn’t as thorough or relaxing as we hoped. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I do feel it didn’t fully match the time or value we paid for. With better time management and consistency, it could be much better.

From stepping into the reception area I was greeted with a smile & felt welcomed. My massage therapist, Hope, was amazing, very professional & attentive. She made my massage one of the best sessions I have had in awhile & I go at least every other month. It was very therapeutic, relaxing & worked out all my knots from head to toe. Can’t wait see her again soon.

Love this place & Allison is amazing. She questions where you want the most worked on & delivers your request. Referred by a friend because I wasn't happy with my previous membership at a different massage merchant. Joined immediately after first session ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Andy is wonderful, he has a gentle but firm touch and understands where tension comes from. He individualizes his treatment to fit my needs. I definitely would recommend him to anyone. I'm so happy that I found him through Hand and Stone.

My wife booked a massage for me here for my birthday and it was pretty bad. I think my therapist fell asleep. Emailed the managers so I didn’t have to leave a review but they never got back to me.
