I had a prenatal massage here about a month ago. While the massage itself was good and the therapist took utmost care of my comfort, the overall experience was disappointing. I arrived on time but was made to wait 12 minutes for the room to be ready and to fill forms I had already completed online. This delay was then deducted from my massage time instead of being accommodated. To make it worse, the session still ended about 5 minutes early so they could prepare for the next client. If timing matters that strictly, the room should have been ready at my scheduled time. There was also a pricing issue. Recently starting getting massages more frequently at this location and Katrina is my go to! She is beyond nice, attentive, and easy going. She knew points in my body that needed more attention than I even knew. I highly recommend booking with her!

I’ve gotten massages and facials here and I absolutely love it!! I have a membership so I’m really prioritizing my self care and I love how much the service providers care and make my experience worth it. Everyone is very friendly at the front desk and every provider I’ve had has been exactly what I needed and more!! :)) I only purchase all of my skincare here as well! All around I would give 10 stars if I could :)))

Sarah was amazing. I got the Himalayan salt massage. I recommend her at Hand and Stone in Fuquay. Very professional. Very focused on my specific needs. It was lovely. I feel so much better.

I paid for there services as a gift for my husband’s birthday. He was not happy with the service. I pad for extras, foot massage, hot stones and swishes. They only did one foot for the foot massage. And I as for medium pressure but the person who did my husband massage did a lite touch. It was a total waste of money and I had a $89 gift card and still spent $79 more dollars. I don’t have a problem paying for services when I get what I’m paying for, but I really felt ripped off and my husband is not happy with the service. I will never go back there again.
