First of all, please ask for Kapisa as your esthetician because she’s just amazing! I can’t give her enough praise - she will 100% take care of you while you’re there. I’ve been getting the clarityrx facial, occasionally microdermabrasion and detox/extraction, plus diamond glow add-ons every 3 months, on consistent basis and I feel like the results speak for themselves. All of photos are pretty much after the facial and how my skin looks throughout the year. I do pay a membership which is $80 dollars a month used as a credit towards your facial or massage. Any add-ons are paid on top of that, if you choose them.

I had a truly luxurious experience at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, attentive, and accommodating. Nicky at the front desk made sure I was comfortable with a neck warmer while waiting, and Ms. Jin delivered a thorough, structured, and deeply relaxing massage in a calm, spotless room with soothing music. I left smiling and completely relaxed- highly recommend!

Pros: The facial was great. Kapisa provided great service and walked me through everything. Cons: I scheduled a different kind of facial than they put into the system, which had to be fixed on their end when I got there. The prices online also didn’t align with what I was told in the store. I had to show the prices online for them to be honored.

Kapiza was simply amazing! Very lovely, and very professional. She made the experience completely enjoyable. I will absolutely request her when I come back.

I have been seeing Kapisa every four weeks for about a year and half now and I LOVE HER…She is incredibly knowledgeable, listens to my concerns and has helped me with my skin tremendously…Go see her, she is goooooddd…
