Exceptional customer service, care and overall experience. I had a facial for the first time and I know it will not be my last. Hope you #enjoy your experience as much as I did and if you get Anita, tell her Cynthia said “hello”. It was so refreshing and my face was so moisturized and glowing when she was done! Oh, and one last detail, you must try the Zen room! Every bit worth it! I’ll be back and hopefully you will too.

I arrived at 2:15 so I could fill out any needed paperwork. I was given a tablet and rubber tipped stylus to use in the tablet. It was difficult for me to work with what was asked since what I filled in didn’t work for the program. Therefore, it took longer. Maxine came out at 2:30 and I wasn’t finished. She helped me with some but this took time. I only answered what was required and then signed my name twice. I should have been told to come in early to fill out paperwork. Instead I was told To be there by 2:30. Therefore, I missed time in the beginning. I had massages every week for years while I was working. They were 50 min massages which I expected here but that was not to be. Maxine also used oil which I am not used to. I asked if it was oil and she said yes. She said she would wipe

Maxine is the best. I’ve been going to her for a few years and she is amazing. I appreciate a firmer massage. I’m sure she can do lighter pressure. She’s really helped me work out a lot of the neck issues and pinched nerves I have.

Such an amazing experience! Anita was AMAZING! I am not one who knows a bunch about skin care, still learning. She was so patient and attentive with all of my questions. She also gave me recommendations when it came to who to use for a massage and why. The ladies at the front desk were also very helpful and kind. I look forward to going there monthly!

Veronique is amazing! I’ve had a lot of massages over the years, but none compared to the level of care and skill I get with her. She always makes sure I’m completely comfortable, checks in without interrupting the flow and somehow finds and fixes the problem areas that I didn’t even know we’re causing issues. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, looser and genuinely better. She is an absolute amazing masseuse who makes a real difference.
