Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I received a massage from Sarah and a facial from Maddi, and they were both fantastic. They were both very invested in my needs and wants. I went for relaxation and quiet, and they delivered! They asked at the beginning what pressures I wanted, the needs of my skin and then performed their services quietly. Perfect and content! Rebooked with both of them!

Decided to treat myself and was able to book a next day appointment. Did the hot stone massage and was fabulous. Everyone was very friendly.

I tried to buy products at this location totaling 279 before tax the receptionist couldn't open my account since it was cancelled & I did not want an account. She Text manager & got no reply I just wanted to make a product purchase without the hassle & was unable to. Such a shame they stock great products & I like doing business with local small businesses, Amazon was so much easier.

I got a facial and it was great. My only issue is the facial was supposed to be 60 minutes. I had never been there before, and I was having some irritation on some facial areas. We discussed this for about 15 minutes. She really cared about my skin, etc. I realized when my service was finished, it was exactly 60 minutes which included the discussion so the facial itself was about 40 minutes. I didn’t realize the discussion was included in the time…

I had a great experience here for about a year until the receptionist did not rebook me with my regular therapist. I gave feedback via survey and asked for a manager to call me, And no one ever did. After waiting weeks for a manager to call I decided I would have to cancel my membership.The first time I realized I was getting an alternative therapist was when substitute therapist greeted me at the door. It seems like it would be an easy fix for a manager to call and address my concern, but I have reached out on the website now three times to attempt to cancel my subscription with no follow-through, no contact still from original complaint weeks ago. Perhaps it is set up in this way by design to get your money. While Sarah was an amazing therapist, I have no idea if she just no longer works
