My wife and I have been members of the Hand & Stone Massage Spa off of South Chalkey since opening, & we have thoroughly enjoyed all of the perks of our memberships. The location is convenient, the staff is incredible/knowledgeable, & we very much look forward to our monthly appointments. Whether you are looking for a reset paired with relaxation or you need more thorough work, you will be in great hands!

I’m a regular Hand & Stone client and usually visit another location, but my therapist wasn’t available, so I tried this one. From booking online to check-in, the process was smooth. Caira gave me a 90-minute deep tissue massage, and it was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. She’s a true professional and will now be my go-to at the Chester location. There's nothing like getting a massage that restores you physically and mentally every single time. I went one time in March for my birthday and now have a monthly membership 💯😃😁 Finding the right masseuse is like finding the perfect pair of shoes or finding the perfect accessory you didn't know you needed. I thoroughly have enjoyed being a customer of this business, this location. It's been a good fit for me. (And no, I won't tell you who my masseuse is 🤫)

The girl at the front desk was wonderful, she was extremely friendly and informative. My massage therapist was friendly but was definitely disappointed in the service provided. At one point she was massaging my leg with one finger (I assumed she thought I had fallen asleep). I asked for my lower back and feet to be my focus and she focused on my neck for 70% of the massage. I asked for my head/hair not to be done and she went in on my head. Even after repeating myself it seemed like she just kept going back to whatever she felt like doing. Just a disappointing experience. Editing to add: I emailed the owner as noted to do so below and never received a response back.
