Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Today I had a massage with Lisa (my first ever massage) and it was absolutely amazing. Lisa is truly excellent. She is knowledgeable and her technique is excellent. Within 10 mins I was able to relax completely, I even fell asleep. I would highly recommend booking with her! I usually get facials here as well with Renee which another wonderful provider. Definitely check them out! ☺️

This was my second session with Daniel. He is very nice and knowledgeable. I can tell he enjoys educating his clients about body mechanics, ergonomics and the importance of self care. However, while his massage is relaxing and adequate, I am afraid that my body needs more aggressive and vigorous tissue work. This time, I opted to pay the premium for deep tissue for a session that I felt was, frankly, superficial. I will be trying a different therapist. Unfortunately, most females over the years have not met my expectations so I am not certain I will maintain my patronage at this location.

0 Stars – Extremely Disappointing Customer Service & Management I purchased three massages as a first-time customer for myself and others, expecting a welcoming and professional experience. Unfortunately, this was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. From the start, communication was poor and disorganized. As first-time clients, there was little to no guidance, professionalism, or care shown toward us. Issues that arose during our visit were handled dismissively, and staff made no effort to correct or acknowledge the situation in the moment. What truly sealed the negative experience was the complete lack of management follow-up. I've been utilizing H&S for years across the country for both facials and massages. Services here are convenient for me due to the nature of my job. I always take into account I am a "new" client since I surf locations. Listening to my needs/issues while sharing common knowledge on products/routines to achieve better results is a personal goal when I book an appointment. Earlier this week Renee knocked it out of the park! We discussed my need for moisture and the need to calm my skin. She listened. My skin felt soothed and dewy. Her sinus massage technique was an added bonus. I saw results not even 12hrs later which included: hydration, less redness, and reduction of fine lines. She was knowable about several products and she turned me onto something new that I'm already loving. TY! ☺️ F

Shout out to Margret at Hand and Stone! I am a Half Marathoner and there is nothing better after a long 16 mile run then getting a focused deep massage. Margret has been outstanding in finding those places that need it most. I go every month and have never felt better. Highly recommend Margret for anybody but especially those athletes that train hard and need that extra touch on recovery.
