Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Idk what to say really. My initial encounter with the guy at the front desk was off putting. Not sure if he realized how rude he came off.. I sat down and the young woman working came over and apologized about him and was super nice and friendly. I then go get my massage. Which I booked for deep tissue with a menthol rub add on and since it was my first massage ever I figured we would start with deep tissue massage and if it was too much I would tell them and they could adjust. But instead I was given a regular massage and no menthol rub was applied. He just handed me a cup and said here is whats left. But when I got home after work I rubbed some on and im 100% sure he didnt rub any on my back is would've felt it. Massage could've been better. It just felt like he was playing around on

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Top-Tier Service From start to finish, this was a great experience. Desiree did an amazing job with my massage and made it feel like I was talking to a friend the whole time. Matthew made fresh peach tea, which was delicious and thoughtful. The front desk staff Chanel was fantastic—very welcoming with a beautiful smile and great customer service. Corey was super friendly, introduced himself, and we all had a fun conversation about his cooking and TikTok videos. The staff really made this visit memorable!

2nd review: Y’all, Anna Myranova does it again. Such a good massage therapist! If you have tension in your jaw, talk to her about TMJ treatment. Chances are that she has already found that problem area and asked you about it. Also, the front desk staff from Oct. 14, 2025 very kindly stayed extra so Anna could give me a longer massage. A HUGE shout-out to them as well for truly going above and beyond. While not expected, ladies, I appreciate you and your generosity. I had a solid whole-body approach focused on my chronic tension and long-standing issues with my lower back and left hip pain shooting all the way up. Anna is very knowledgeable in deep myofascial release and applies it in a thoughtful way. I felt noticeable relief after the session and really appreciate the quality of care. It’s almost a month since my visit and still feeling good, didn’t take Tylenol and naproxen since my appointment. Definitely recommend.

Hand and Stone Massage in Meadowmont truly has some talented massage therapists. I need serious deep tissue and targeted massage bordering on PT, and the therapists I have seen there are so knowledgeable and capable. Shout out to Anna Myronova - my most recent experience with her was excellent. Mitchell is an absolute gem, as is Pil. Can't recommend them enough. Just don't fill their schedules before I get my slots :).
