Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I was given a gift card to Hand & Stone as a gift after my pregnancy. The classic massage is $130 which I thought was a bit expensive for 50 minutes. When I walked in, it was very clean and bright which I appreciated. The employees were very kind and answered all questions and concerns that I had. The gentleman that did my massage was also very kind and made sure i consented to each part of the massage. My issue comes in with that actual massage, I have had better massages for less $. In my opinion they must follow some weird curriculum because it felt like all he did was rub around on my skin. I’ve been to a lot of massage places and gotten facials and this place is my favorite. I love that they offer memberships and it’s something someone can get done monthly. The facility is clean and calm, and they’re always so friendly and professional.

Almost 50 years old and just had my first facial here with Juliana! Man. Have I been missing out! She was absolutely wonderful. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and I highly recommend you check it out!!!

I have been struggling with accepting that my late 30s have arrived and with that comes fine lines and collagen loss. I booked an introductory facial to see what I could do to help slow down the aging process and brighten my dull skin. I was not disappointed. I saw Lexi and she listened really well to all of my concerns and addressed each one individually. I added a microderm abrasion to my appointment and was really pleased! The entire experience was very relaxing and I was amazed at how much my skin was glowing! My youngest daughter (9) thought I had on makeup when I came home… my skin was that bright and clear! I went ahead and signed up for the monthly membership and am excited to go back and see Lexi! I highly recommend anyone considering it to go for it!

Absolutely terrible planning. Originally scheduled Tuesday for my massage and I got a phone call that the provider had gotten sick. So they rescheduled me for Thursday at 11am which is fine. I get another phone call today at 8:35 about how my provider is out sick and they need to reschedule me again! Due to the provider being sick. Instead of scheduling me with someone they knew wasnt sick, they hoped that the original provider wouldn't be sick and now I have to be rescheduled again due to their poor planning.
