If I could give 0 stars, I would. This stylist completely ruined my hair — and with it, my self-image. I went to her because she claimed she felt confident achieving the look I wanted without causing an extensive amount of damage as I know with any blonding service it can be drying. I was extremely clear, over the course of three separate sessions, that the health of my hair was my top priority. I repeatedly asked if everything was okay, and every time she reassured me, saying, “Your hair looks great, it’s healthy, no damage.” That was a lie. My hair is now utterly fried, with the entire crown of my head covered in short, brittle, broken-off pieces. The front of my hair — right where it’s most noticeable — is especially destroyed. I’ve been going to Emma for years! She and the other stylists are the only people I’d ever trust with my hair! Emma has been with me through it all from my first big hair change, my maintenance, my journey to grow it back out, my wedding hair, and chopping it all off again! If she ever weren’t there I’d feel comfortable in any of the other stylist’s chairs because if Emma trusts them, so do I! Everyone there has always been so friendly, professional, and welcoming! I will always recommend Blondies!!

Chayse is so professional. I’ve never had a stylist who knows color as well as she does. And she truly cares about her clients. I will never need to go to anyone else for my hair.
