Hana Pink Pro Nails

They don’t clean the dust off your hands. I have dust particles on my new set of nails. They over charge for a terrible paint job. She filed so hard that it cut my cuticles causing me to bleed. The pedicure was great.

I’m honestly not sure why anyone likes this place. Manicure process was the weirdest and most unsanitary one I’ve ever experienced. My fingers were not soaked at all — Maria (my nail tech) just filed them and then began cutting my dry cuticles. How on earth can you even see my cuticles when they’re covered in dust from (1) you filing my nails and (2) you filing a million other nails because THAT was how gross her file was. Not to mention when I asked for a rounded square shape she made them pointy squares???? Then, she buffs my nails and proceeds to paint on them when they’re still dry and covered in dust??? I asked if I could wash them off with just water (what every other place I’ve been to does) and she says “no”. She does a terrible paint job, then after I’m done with the UV lamp, sh

First off my nail should have not broken in less than 24hrs and to have bump and lumps on my nails is the ultimate secondly no need for all my nails to be of different size and shape I had to shape and form my nails on my own so they could look better I’m livid that I was charged $120 for this full set I had to storm out of there because I was losing my patience from being in there for almost 5hrs and it’s so frustrating when you try to tell the tech and they blame it on your nails or they tell you oh it’s not done yet later fix now your there like ok and still nails are horrible I would not recommend anyone to this place

Great owner, great staff. My family and I were very pleased with our nails. Will be back for sure.

HORRIBLE NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. i got regular french tips and i paid 90. 90 dollars and it was short length if i got long or medium it would have been more money . these nails felt off in less than 5 days wasted money . never coming back and i am very mad . Next time i will go somewhere else that will charge 90 or less for a better design also the service sucks . they were mean the other girls were nice but that one girl who does only acrylic was horrible . she did it way to fast ,cut my hands and she also doesn’t do acrylic it’s a different thing . never coming back
