Hana nails

Never again. I’ve been going here for 4 years but only for pedicures bc every time I’ve let them do my nails the quality wasn’t there and the sanitation practices weren’t good. I should’ve followed my gut but I was going on vacation the next day and strapped for time so I got a full set. The very next day my nails were lifting. When I got back in town 6 days later I came in showed them the picture with the date and time stamp. She asked for me to pull up my bank information and used it to pull up my transaction. She asked me to let them fix it. After looking they said because the nails were so loose I needed a new set. I only had a hour and 15 minutes to spare bc I had to get my son. She said that was plenty of time. She was able to pop off all the nails except 1 without even soaking them.

Definitely would not recommend. When you are paying your money to someone for a service you expect good quality. What I just paid for is not quality work at all. I also requested that all tools used be cleaned and she also didn’t follow my simple request. Very unsanitary to use used tools from person to person. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
