So as far as most of the reviews on here goes... I can't speak for any of the spa services. I've only gone here for Brazilian sugaring and underarm sugaring, which has always been fantastic! Nadia is the only person I've had do my Brazilian and I don't really want anyone else. The first time I went here was last year with my friend/roommate who was quite anxious the entire time since it was only her second time getting a Brazilian sugaring wax. Nadia was quite patient, understanding, and comforting the entire time. Now, I've been getting waxed for the past two years now and would consider myself to have a high pain tolerance. Have been going to Nadia for almost one year now. With me, trust is definitely an issue when someone is working on any part of your body whether it's eyebrows, or waxing, or nails, or anything. Nadia is fantastic and I will continue going to see her each month. I do not understand any of these negative reviews, although I do see that there are several spas with similar names. Perhaps that is why these unfavorable reviews appear, but I have had nothing but GOOD and reliable experiences at Bella Luna.

I don't understand the negative reviews. The facial that Nadia gives is the best I have ever had! She actually does a microdermabrasion as part of the process and the price and quality is first class. They have renovated and I hope to go back soon. Zara is the sweetest and very efficient with the massage. I agree that parking can be tricky but well worth the experience!

This was our second visit and it was awful. Drilling and construction were going on while we waited, unattended, with no one helping us; they are enlarging the facility; very unprofessional staff; they were not welcoming and were late taking us (had to stop the drilling) and our massage lasted about 40 minutes, not the 60 we paid for. It seemed like they were short staffed because our massage "therapists", after some scrambling and confusion, wound up being the owner (a guy) and a young woman who looks like she may have been part of the cleaning staff. They did not know how to give a massage so resorted to patting us through the blankets. This place is a joke.

I wish I can give them 0 this place is not clean at all.very bad experience they say Hammam but it’s not I did the Moroccan traditional Hammam for an hour it was not good at all no oil place is so dirty I feel like just took shower please don’t go to this place it’s not Hammam at all.
