On multiple occasions I have not only been watched but followed though out this establishment with no plausible cause. This not only goes for me but several other frequent customers who’ve experienced this. To continue, I’ve noticed that this beauty supply store has been currently searching for workers for about 2 years and only have seem to hire one person over the course of that time. However, when it comes to a darker skinned person who is a frequent shopper and meets the requirements (Spanish Native, free availability, clean background and a frequent customer), she was denied the job only after providing her contact information. Extremely prejudice. Do not shop here!

Recently bought something and was unable to return or exchange, fine not a problem. However, the owner/ cashier was VERY RUDE and NASTY towards me and also prejudice. As someone who works in retail I understand having customers come in and try to exchange and ask for refunds and it can be frustrating however, I was very nice about this whole situation from start to finish. He proceeded to get loud and obnoxious when asked if I can be offered store credit, and exchange or a refund. I come into this establishment a few times a month and to be treated this way is absolutely unacceptable and uncalled for, both me and my family will NEVER set foot in this establishment ever again due to the lack of respect for their customers. I like this beauty supply since it opened and all the upgrades. Owner very friendly knowledgeable and professional. They supply all my hair care needs.

This is a good hair store they have a wide selections I just wish they had more free part lace wigs the hair looks like good quality
