Haley at Halo’s is exceptional! Her welcoming personality paired with her top-notch professionalism and knowledge can’t be beat! Along with myself and even entrusting her with my teen daughter’s first hair highlighting experience for her birthday (which she and I absolutely loved how it turned out!), I have referred her to several friends and family who are all repeat customers as well!
