I got my acrylic nails off and a gel manicure, and my nail was really hurting me. Chi handled me with such care. I didn’t feel any pain. She made me feel confident and my nails look beautiful. These are my natural nails. They were this long under the acrylic nails and she made sure that they were this long after and she took her time. She was kind, helpful, gentle and so sweet!! it’s so clean and beautiful in there definitely my new spot.

$60 for nails that look like I did them myself. The nail tech didn’t say a single word to me the entire 2 hours it took for my acrylics, not even a hello. Much shorter than I wanted, and never asked me about length. As soon as he pulled the scissors out he started cutting them so I couldn’t ask for them longer. Half of them were shaped wrong, but I couldn’t see it because every time he wasn’t touching my nails he had me put them under UV, even before polish.

Worse customer service ever, they never say sorry after call back for complain they said it ok if you don’t come back and yes this cost $60 At first I ask them to do a design on my nail at the front counter they said yes we can do it and then when I show some pictures to the lady she said she can not do any of them , then she pushing and rushing me to pick nails color in stead of doing design she was rude at all time with the tone she was taking to me I was so angry. The WORSE experience ever never going back and they said they ok with that.

I’m not sure of the lady’s name that did my nails, but this unfortunately was one of the most anxiety filling nail appointments I’ve ever had. I’ve never written a review, but I’m so upset. The end result was after changing everything 3-4 times because she either 1) didn’t get it or 2) doesn’t know how. I ended up asking for a basic French tip and they didn’t turn out good. They are chunky, uneven, and uncomfortable. When applying my acrylics, she glued my skin to the nail and when I asked if she could fix it, she didn’t. All of it was a mess. Spent $62 and I won’t be returning.

Sophia was wonderful. My nails were a mess from moving. She did a great job restoring them. I will definitely go back again.
