I went in there and just show Naima a picture of what i wanted and i walked out of the hair salon happier then when i went in there she did amazing

We were a walk in, asked to get my nieces hair trimmed and a good washing with a blow dry. She was handed off to Sarah I believe while I checked her in. She wasn’t long at the bowl and her hair looked half dry when she got in the chair, I asked for a good shampoo and conditioner explaining she has a tough time washing her hair since it’s thick. She then proceeded to spend a good 10 minutes detangling her hair which I know it gets matted which is helped with a good conditioning which was evident that it wasn’t done. After cutting the hair I could see from my seat it was crooked as she was blow drying the hair with her fingers, not even a brush. I walked over and pointed it out and asked for her to use a brush, which she told me “ it’s all over the place right now I’ll check it when I’m done

This is my local Hair Cuttery. As a retiree, cost is important to me, but so is quality. I receive both at this salon. Naima, the stylist, knows exactly what I need so I leave feeling fresh and finished. The salon is clean and bright. Products are well-stocked.

Made an appointment for a very simple undercut and beard trim. The barber there was so useless I had to come back to tell him he had missed spots on my beard and had trimmed it down patchy, missing multiple spots. My neck line looks like it was lined up by a blind man. And only after leaving did my wife show me the back of my head, he shaped up the undercut as an upside down U… leaving the impression of pegs in the back of my head. I would have been better off asking my four year old niece to give it her best shot at cutting my hair and I would have been better off for it. Unbelievably awful. A barber that pathetic at his craft shouldn’t be working.
