Carolett did a great job with coloring my hair. I stumbled upon her shop while going to another place within the plaza and setup an appointment. I never colored my hair, but I was able to show her what I wanted and she came through. I appreciated the service and will return again.

I had searched for a while for someone to take care of my hair. It was dry, breaking and balding in spots. Being a senior, I was about to give up and accept the condition of my hair as just a problem that comes with aging. I told myself "Just avoid the mirrors and keep it moving". Then I stumbled upon HairTalk and Carolette, the owner. What a find! Carolette is awesome! After only a few visits, my hair was clearly headed in the right direction. The bald spots were filling in and my hair was bright, shiny and becoming healthy again! I found my new hair stylist and salon! Carolette’s many years of experience speaks volumes! I've been going to Carolette for several years, and I always receive a ton of compliments on my hair. Although my hair is natural, she still takes time to gently handle my hair and vary the braid pattern under my weave (which is important to prevent breakage). She takes the time to understand her customer's preferences and hair needs. Therefore, I would highly recommend her services.

I have thick, 4c medium length natural hair. I got a shampoo, blowout, flat iron and trim. Carolett was pleasant, professional, and prompt. She was gentle as she brushed and blew out my hair-to the point I could have fallen asleep. The salon is clean and is not crowded because it's just her and maybe one other client. I was very pleased with the results and I highly recommend her.

Carolette does not know the meaning of customer service. She disregards the client's request and gives you what she thinks you should have. She gets angry when you ask for a receipt even when you pay $500 for less than professional service! She has screamed at me and cancelled my appointment because she wrote it down wrong! She talks about all of her experience but she can't do simple things with hair and weaves. I do not recommend her.
