The worst hair salon I’ve ever been! I spent $230 dolar on a highlight which they did it wrong, instead of letting my hair lighter and brighter (as I asked) they let it darker, and finish it with a terrible blowout. That was the first time in my life that I left a hair salon with my hair worst than when I got in. I sent them a message and they said they were going to fixed it, but when I went there the next day, she just washed it with a shampoo, dry less than half of the hair and asked me to leave the salon like that with my hair half wet! They don’t care about the clients, they’re not professionals at all, and as you can see on the answer of the other “one star review” they got, they don’t admit when they make mistakes. They blame the client’s hair instead for the work that they wouldn’t

I've been with Laurin for over 10 years and am so happy to see her continued success at Studio 924. She has a wonderful, caring team and I would happily work with Mecca or Stephanie if needed. Lauren and the girls are absolutely talented at what they do. I am always welcomed with pleasant smiles and they make you feel right at home. My hair always looks amazing when I leave and any ideas I have, they get it to my expectations! Love them and will not trust any other place to get my hair done.

I brought my special needs daughter in for a haircut with Laurin and she was amazing! She was super patient and worked with my daughter on what made her comfortable even when she changed her mind a few times to make her experience the best. Finding a salon that allowed me to be with her and took such great care to make the experience great was amazing. Thank you Laurin! We can't wait for our next haircut!

What can I say about this place? It feels like home! All the girls are welcoming, kind, professional & gracious. I take my kids here to get their hair cuts. They will not go anywhere else. I low key love going to get their hair done just so I can hang out with the girls! I can’t leave my hairdresser because I’m not a cheater 😝 but if my hairdresser moved or closed up her salon I’d get my hair done at 924 in a minute.
