They cut my hair incredibly unevenly. It was an elderly woman that cut it and she used a razor to cut all of my hair resulting in a very choppy look. It was also an incredibly rushed cut with no attention to detail. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. She also used a flat iron to straighten my hair without any heat protectant and it definitely was way too hot and damaged my hair. Also, I wasn’t wearing makeup that morning and she also told me I need to wear more makeup which is incredibly unprofessional.

My hair is incredibly uneven. They used incredibly high heat and I could hear my hair sizzling. I was supposed to go to 22 Pell St but accidentally came here. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Have been cutting my hair with stylist James and he always does a great job listening to my needs and reference pictures. The colorist also does a great job giving a nice and consistent color for my hair They have a great price for cut and color. The environment is also nice and clean, they take appointments.

In pic, what you see is front layer cutting. Nice lady, however, not satisfied AT ALL with hair cut.

My girlfriend went in to get a blowout. the hairdresser kept making comments about her appearance over 10 times. "You're so beautiful but you should exercise more you're fat". How dare you run a business with this lack of humanity and professionalism. Disgusting and shameful. She walked out and started to cry she didn't even like the work done on her hair.
