I’ve been coming to Hairoglyphics for years, and it’s hands down one of the best barbershop experiences out there. The service, the conversations, the energy—everything is consistently top-tier. Maurice is my go-to, but honestly, every barber in there gets the job done right. Malcolm, Pennie, Raeqwon—me and my kids have sat in all their chairs at some point, and every single time we walked out looking clean and feeling good. It’s more than just a cut—it’s a vibe. Highly recommend!

I've known the owner for a couple decades and while I love to support local it's hard to do when they aren't consistently professional - while charging full price. Trust! I understand it's covid, but how are you going to have 5-8 chairs and not one barber available! As an owner of the business, if you don't have a qualified barber in the shop, then the owner is required to pickup with slack... and folks that's how you lose a customer.

I walked in and asked for a wash, blowdry, and flat iron. Maria went above and beyond! I let her know I just took out my braids so she did a deep treatment and gave me a trim. After she flat ironed my hair we decided curls would work better with the trim and that's exactly what she did. And speedy at that! My hair looks great and so far tons of compliments!
