EDIT: Updated to 4 stars after speaking with Guest Services. Awesome customer service all around. I spent $360+ and unfortunately, was not able to achieve the style I hoped for. The color lifted decently at my roots, but my ends were brassy, and the highlights didn't really take. The result was kind of an inverted balayage look. (My appointment was for a balayage.) I let my stylist know I was hoping for a different result and was advised to let it grow out... I called back to request a correction, and my stylist was very sweet about it! She even stayed late to fix it, and I'm grateful for her time. The end result is more even, however, still significantly darker and duller than I wanted. This was the worst experience I ever had in a salon. I didn't want much of a haircut, and I had verbalized this. The hair dresser cut multiple inches off (aboit 5 inches at the longest part). I was sitting in the chair crying, asking for tissues, and asking if she could put the scissors away, and asked again later if she was putting the scissors away soon. She continued cutting through it all as I cried. I am so heartbroken on how many inches of hair I lost today. I was crying in the salon telling her how much I didn't want my haircut - she continued!!! My hair had been coming under my bust in length, now it is just barely past the shoulders. The color was terrible too. She left lots of chunky blonde strips in my hair, most noticeably in the front, and the ends of my hair were super dark.

I had a color that didn’t work out and I needed help correcting it. Morgan did an amazing job removing the color and giving me a new style. The stylist have always been great here and no being my kids as well.

Dawn has been excellent for years! Always consistent clean cuts that keep me looking professional, and she always remembers what she did last time.

Jess was amazing we'll be back. She was able to keep my 8 year old daughter having a great time.
