Lou was incredible! I came in looking for some shae butter and she got me right! The store was so big and bright I almost got lost! She walked me to the section and showed me all the options I have! She definitely needs a raise!!! I seen her helping multiple people working hard like she got 3 kids and rent was due! The store was beautiful! I love supporting a brutha in need.

Tried my hardest 2 support this business cause of the hype. The wigs can’t be 100% human hair cuz they are stiff, constantly need to brush or be FLAT IRON (like 2-3x a day) 🤔 👎🚮🗑️ I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER $350 wig from Hair Galleria AGAIN. Yall got me twice cause I was like maybe cuz my 1st one was burgundy BUT BLACK DID the same thing. Doesn’t last longer than two weeks. Ima keep buying 613 from Aiexpress and color myself cuz $350 for trash is WRONG. These reviews not talking about the wigs & appear fake. The store is nice and clean but those wigs price need to be under $250 frfr
