Well, that was a big mistake. She decided she was going to cut my way the way that she wanted rather than what I asked for. I ended up paying for what she wanted rather than what I wanted. I’ve had too many bad haircuts here. This one will be my last. I can cut my own hair better backwards in the mirror at home. I asked for a zero on the sides and she starts with a one. I told her it wasn’t faded right and she blamed my head shape. I said I wanted it shorter on the top and she said I was balding. I don’t have this trouble with skilled professional stylists and barbers. They don’t quite have the skill level to know how to make things work properly. This place is good if you are looking for a $10 hair cut that looks like a $10 haircut.

DO NOT get your hair done here (Specifically with the hairstylist Kim). The first time I came to this salon, I actually really liked the service and even asked the hairstylist, Kim, to write down what she used on my hair for next time. She claimed that when she looks at my hair again she would be able to figure out what she used. That could not be more wrong. I proceed to go to this hairstylist right before vacation to touch up my blonde. She turns my hair into this grey/dark brown mess (pictured below) and almost lets me walk out of the salon that way, until I spoke up and told her this was NOTHING like what I walked in with or wanted. First photo on the right is the hair color/style they did for me the first time I went there. Then when I went in for a root touch up and partial highlight and I received the right side… my hair was so damaged to the point where a lot of it was broken off and I got chunky 2000’s highlights…. I left with dye still in my hair and was told they do not do refunds and cannot fix my hair. Last photo was my original inspo photo. She also had the male stylist leave the towel on my head then turn me away from the mirror so I could not see it and he began blow drying my hair. When doing so I could not see what was happening on the back of my head until I realized he was breaking my hair off with the hair brush due to the bleach damage and then began cuttinng my hair while straightening it WITHOUT me
