Haircuts Plus

I just had the best haircut by Irena. I had great service and Irena is very personable. Irena did a fabulous job on my hair. I am very particular about my haircuts and I love the cut I got. I will definitely be using Irena to do my hair. Everyone who works there is friendly. I highly recommend Haircuts Plus if you want the best haircut.

Irena is the first stylist that actually listened to how I wanted my hair cut. She does a great job. I’m a travel nurse and I’ve already been back three times. I will be going back more while the time I am here. I don’t want anybody cutting my hair except her.

My scheduled appointment for highlights is 10:30 I arrived at 10:12. The lady took one look at my long her and she start very rudely saying that my appointment at 10 not 10 30 and she can not take me. She said I do not wait for anyone not even 5 minutes and you made me lose money waiting for you 15 minutes. I was shocked I tried to tell her that my appointment at 1030 she refused to listen and kept raising her voice at me. I always see Karen on TV but this is first time I meet one so rude and so arrogant. Instead of saying it's a misunderstanding she start screaming and claiming that she lost money because of me. I wish her more customers but she lost me as one.

Irina is such a nice and welcoming person to have cut your hair. I'm a very spontaneous person and called the same day to make an appointment and she made time for me. Not only was she friendly but listened to me and made me want to come back. She has tons of experience and wont stop until she knows she did what you want. You need to come and check this place out you wont regret it!

Irina squeezed me in on short notice and I will forever be grateful! She was very kind in asking me what I would like. I wanted some inches off, clean up of my split ends with some layers. Previous hairdressers I have gone to have told me layers are not right for me :( Irina asked if I wanted short or long layers, no hesitation. She was magical. She did such a beautiful job! I love my hair! Thank you Irina! I will return indefinitely ❤️
