Haircut Design

I have been a loyal customer to Gloria for over 10 years. I had a hair topper installed at a different salon due to a large loss of hair and them not offering that service. My ends were dry and I needed a 1 to 2 inch trim off of my own hair which is just in the back. I lifted the topper and asked her not to touch it. I told her a topper does not grow. She proceeded to put the topper up in a clip. When she was done she put the topper down and started cutting away. She said it’s too straight and I’m just rounding it out. I’m in tears. She did short choppy and very uneven layers. It was full and long before. I have pleased with her to help me buy another one because mine is ruined and refuses because she said she’s not paying that for a $25 haircut that she gave me. She won’t even acknowledge

I have always had a problem. Finding a great hairstylist and I came here maybe 2 years ago. After attempting to cut my own hair and messing it up. I came here to this place, and a woman by the name of Martha has been cutting my hair for the last year or two. she definitely has a hand to cut my hair grows so fast. If you’re looking for a hairstylist come here and ask for Martha. She’s amazing and our conversations are hilarious. Thank you, Martha.

Every single time I call and ask a simple question if I can get my haircut they just hang up on me every single time I called the total of three times one time they send me to voicemail and two times they answered I hung up

Soooo, I came in here today and I feel bad because the lady was so so nice and we were conversating so well! Buttt, she botched my hair. I have collar bone length hair and I just wanted some dead ends cut off so she suggested layers…. Well she gave me a shelf or a mullet if you will and I’m currently crying because I don’t wanna be mean and call back. But I want to warn anyone because my hair was the one confident thing I had.
