Ask a haircut for my son. Hair stylists replay in such a rude way "well that if your child becomes unsave, we will mediately stop" not even giving my child a chance she mediately racialy profiled us . Anyone that has been looked up and down because of the color of our skin knows how that feels

Won't be going their. Very poor customer service. Women was sitting on her behind. Said no openings til 11:00. Wrong she was just Lazy. And did'nt want to work. Walmart leases that space to this Salon. Myself I work for Wal-mart 22 yrs. I have never been rude to a custmors.Like she was to me.I would give zero stars.But this site won't let me.

No one told me about the no return policy I purchased a shampoo and conditioner for 50.00 each paid a total of 110.46 even though about two weeks ago they were 25 each, I asked for store credit and the lady denied me of it. I also asked why they didn’t mention the no return policy before my purchase and she had nothing to say. Poor costumer service, very upsetting and won’t bother to buy from them again!

Don’t overlook Hair Works in our local Wal-Mart!! My friend and I went in for a little pampering at a reasonable price. We loved Bailey! I’ve stopped in before to ask questions and found staff happy to answer and offer suggestions.

My dad went for a pedicure yesterday and the owner and his wife was the only ones working. My dad is almost 87 years old and the wife did not help him remove his shoes, did not soak his feet before cutting his toe nails, and talked on her cell phone the entire time she worked on him, then just got up and walked away. This is the worse service anyone should receive and even worse for an elderly person. My sister called and complained but of course nothing was done. We will never go back there and would not recommend it to anyone. This is the location that is in the Walmart Supercenter.
