Hair We Are

I’ve been going to Sis at Hair We Are for years. She does a great job on my hair. I go to her for cuts and color. Always great service. Can get appointments within a week. Nice atmosphere. Marci, the owner, is also great. My only complaint is that they no longer take credit cards. I understand the reasoning. But it is an inconvenience. Would be nice if they added some other option.

This is just one text of hours of the owner texting photo shop or pictures of me from 20 years ago. After she over processed my hair and just kept wanting to cut more and more off. I was not going to give a review but as the week went by it made me more upset that she was putting the blame on me when she is the professional. Things happen and yes I was upset but after the way she handled this it was unprofessional and disrespectful. At the shop all she was worried about was getting paid for her time and she changed me the full price she quoted me over the phone. She also said she didn’t take much off my hair. But my hair was below my shoulders and know it doesn’t touch my shoulders. Below is an actual text from me to her after she kept texting me pictures from my FB and keep interrogating

I have been going to Sis for 10 years, since I was 16. Sis has helped me navigate long and short styles and her highlights are always exactly what I asked for. She engages with me effortlessly and is always attentive to my needs. I can’t recommend Sis highley enough!

Best salon in town. Marci listens to you when describing what kind of service you want. Then she does her magic and I have never been disappointed when I left.

Marci recently took on Sis and Michelle, along with all the refugees from a previous salon that closed. We are still loyal and enjoying getting to know Marci and loving the continued great service.
