I normally do not give bad reviews but in this case I must. I've been a client of this salon for many years and always went to Megan but unfortunately Megan is on leave. I was there on a Friday night December 17th for a 4 o'clock appointment. The stylist is a master stylist and I was super excited to get my hair done and I have always left very happy with the services. The stylist gave me a wonderful haircut, however the coloring was subpar. I got home and a day later I noticed that my roots were awful-see picture below. I knew when I was in the chair she did not put enough foils in my hair but I neglected to say anything which is my fault. When I got to the counter and saw my bill....$164 then I left a tip on top of that I left there with spending almost $200 for something I was no

Kerriann is such a sweetheart, & truly amazing at her craft. I haven’t left a hair appointment feeling this beautiful in easily 2 years. I appreciate her input, expertise, listening to what I was looking for, & great conversation. Not just the gorgeous detailed color, but the cut really makes my hair feel healthier and thicker.
