BOYCOTT THIS PLACE! They racially profile blacks and assume they are stealing. We have so many other beauty supply businesses that treat us with respect. The black dollar is powerful and this business WILL NOT be getting any more of mine. Shop elsewhere!

Excellent store !!!! Always great service, great vibe, great products and great music. These are the nicest people here at this store.

This was actually one of my favorite beauty supply stores to shop, and I have always felt very comfortable, today My daughter and I went here to the beauty supply for wigs,taking my time looking around. my daughter picked up a box of dark and lovely hair dye, showed me Because I'm trying to dye her lace front. I told her, no put it back because we can go a different route with bleaching the hair first, I get to the front to ring out. I have over $100 worth of product. Assuming she's the owner and an employee is looking at me and they asked me where is the box That my daughter picked up earlier, and l'm confused because I'm like what box, of course not thinking of the dark and lovely box, and the owner said the box that she had, she said she don't have it anymore, and I didn't make a issue

They have a good selection of products, but the woman working behind the counter is extremely rude. They have a sign stating you can only buy three hair products. I asked why since I never seen a sign like that before. She became very defense as she was explaining, an explanation that didn’t make much sense. She becomes so flustered that she incorrectly overcharges me for items! And tells me to “chill!” Extremely rude!

Extremely disappointed in how my little cousin was treated today. I’ve been coming to this store for years, but after today, I won’t be back. They made her empty out her purse, assuming she was stealing with no proof at all. When they found nothing, no one apologized. Instead, we were told ‘the buzzer doesn’t go off for no reason’… even though someone walked out right before us and wasn’t stopped. That kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially toward a child. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing
