Hair Time With Scarlet

Scarlet did an amazing job cutting and highlighting my curly hair! She always gives me the perfect hair cut for my curls, cutting my layers just the way I like them, giving my hair a nice shape, texture, and fullness. Scarlet also knew I was nervous about changing the color of my hair because I hadn't changed it in so long, so she recommended a balayage treatment, where I could start out with a subtle transition from dark brown hair at the top to a slightly lighter golden brown towards the ends (and she recommended we started off not going too light at the beginning, and then if I liked it, I could always choose to go lighter later on). Scarlet is very warm and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable and gave me a beautiful style. My hair is hard to blow dry because of my cowlicks yet she controlled it and temporarily colored my gray for a special occasion. I sent a coworker to have a consultation with her and they agreed on a balayage. When I saw the color afterwards it was so nice and natural and the tone color went so well with her skin.(she didn’t want a Super noticeable balayage) I could tell It was going to grow nicely. I highly recommend her work, and I am a hairdresser but I can’t do everything, sometimes it’s nice just to get treated.
